The Association of Audiovisual Translators/Adapters gathers hundreds of professional authors of dubbing, subtitling and voice-over. Founded in 2006, ATAA has continued to evolve and is now carrying out numerous actions thanks to the support and involvement of its members.

The Federation of Cinema, Audiovisual and Multimedia Industries is an employers’ trade union organization, representing about 150 companies whose activities cover all professions and technical expertise of (audiovisual) image and sound.

The National Federation of the Deaf of France gathers 81 associations and represents more than 5,000 members. These members are elected via an Ordinary General Assembly. Among the members of the National Council, elected by the General Assembly, 5 members are appointed to manage day-to-day affairs and enforce decisions taken at the General Assembly or at the National Council meetings.

The Union of Associations of Hard of Hearing and Deaf Persons brings together 45 associations representing people with hearing disabilities. It leads and organizes actions within the administrations and institutions receiving public and the persons concerned. The union has several publications among magazines including the quarterly magazine “6 million Deaf”.

It’s created, animated and managed by people with hearing impairments, Bucodes SurdiFrance pursues two objectives: they defend the interests of the hearing impaired people and improve their living conditions.

Union of National Associations for the Inclusion of the Deaf and hard of hearing is a recognized association of general interest created in 2019. It represents through its members which include national associations and individuals all persons concerned with deafness and their entourage, whatever their choice of communication, their history and their journey.

This union of associations is created on the initiative of national associations of deaf, hard of hearing, people who became deaf, deaf-blind, deaf-disabled people and their families, who wish to unite around common values while respecting their differences. It is in line with the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
